The shipping cost of this
website includes the insurance cost and fuel charge. |

We use EMS for shipment
unless there is a special request regarding the shipping
method from our customer. Please contact us if you would

The purchased item is delivered
to a requested location within 7-10 days after confirming
yourpayment. |

The purchased item is covered
by EMS general insurance. |

Policy |

Purchasing items CANNOT be
canceled or returned unless it is a result of our error. |

To return the purchased item
from a result of our error, the customer must inform us
via e-mail or fax within 8 days of the completion of delivery.
We CANNOT accept any claims beyond 8 days of the completion
of delivery. |

In case we accept customer's
claim regarding a return of the purchased item, shipping,
packing and insurance costs to return the item to us must
be paid by the customer. |

The item must be returned
in original condition in which it was originally received. |
|
We will confirm the condition
of the returned item after delivered to us. We will make
a refund payment after checking the item for any damage. |
